Our website uses Wix and measurement tools associated with Google and OpenAI advertising. These services may process page visits, device or browser information, online identifiers, referral and campaign information, and successful inquiry events. This helps us understand website use and which advertising leads to inquiries. The quote form also records campaign source information with your request.

We use service providers such as Wix for website hosting and forms, email services for correspondence, and QuickBooks for proposals and billing. Relevant information is processed through these services for those purposes. Medical evaluations are handled by an independent medical provider under its own procedures and privacy information. Do not submit medical questionnaire answers, diagnoses, or other medical details through our quote forms.
